Cat Vaccinations are very important, as the illnesses they protect against in most cases kill cats!. You get a Cat Vaccination Booklet, signed by Registered Vet, bearing an official Stamp of Paw Paws Vet Clinic. All cat vaccinations are transported in special chilled conditions, clinics then store them in fridges until they are injected by a registered Veterinary Surgeon. This ensures your pet is given safe medication that works. If cat vaccines have been outside the fridge for even short periods, they may totally lose their effectiveness. If injected incorrectly, they can be seriously dangerous or fatal. We don’t allow just anyone to inject humans for a very good reason; pets are the same! It not worth it!
Kittens get their initial cat vaccination shots for Calicivirus, Feline Herpes virus and Panleucopenia virus vaccination from eight weeks old, followed by a booster vaccination four weeks later.
Other vaccines may include the Feline Leukemia virus, but a blood test for this virus is recommended before the cat vaccination.
Animals that travel abroad need to have their Annual Rabies Booster vaccination. Talk to us today about your pet’s vaccination status.

Do NOT give any human medication to Pets, it can make things worse or even kill them!
